No.12 Cast Iron Skillet

This pan easily fits a whole sheet of parchment for pizza night—the 13⅜" size is perfect. Pre-seasoned surface was ready to use immediately, and eggs slid right off after a few uses.

The polished surface really lives up to the hype—eggs slide right off without any sticking. And at 13⅜ inches, I can fit a full 12-inch pizza or enough pancakes for my whole family.

Finally, a pan big enough to make a decent-sized deep-dish pizza for my family. The polished cooking surface is noticeably smoother than my old skillet, making cleanup a breeze after a messy breakfast. This thing is a beast.

I’ve been making deep-dish pizzas in this skillet, and it cooks the crust perfectly even. The pre-seasoned surface is smooth enough that nothing sticks. Only wish the handle had a helper grip for when it’s full.
