Dlouhý litinový grilovací plech

Took it out for Sunday pancakes and the 9 x 16½ surface handled a dozen at once without crowding. The machined finish is smooth enough that I barely needed oil on the second batch. Cleanup was quick—just hot water and a stiff brush.

Finally, a griddle that actually spans both of my burners without a gap in the middle. The 9 x 16½-inch surface fits four pancakes at once and the machined finish is so smooth that even the first batch didn't stick.

The cooking surface is so smooth and precisely machined that my spatula glides right under the pancakes without any sticking. I’ve already used it three mornings in a row for eight pancakes at a time, and it heats evenly across both burners with zero hot spots.
