Alt det nødvendige for at komme i gang med at lave mad i støbejern.
Sættet indeholder No. 8 Gryden, den originale No. 8 Field Skillet, et 10 ¼" selvbagerlåg, der passer til både gryden og stegepanden, samt en No. 9 Grillpande.
The Dutch oven and skillet pairing is perfect—I've used them for everything from searing steaks to baking bread, and the heat retention is noticeably better than my old nonstick pans. The self-basting lid traps moisture so well that my pot roasts come out fall-apart tender every time.
The self-basting lid fits so snugly over both the Dutch oven and skillet that I've stopped reaching for my old nonstick pans entirely. I'm amazed at how evenly the heat distributes across the 10 1/4" surface — my cornbread comes out perfect every single time.
The lid that fits both the Dutch oven and skillet is a genius touch—I've used it to trap moisture on everything from stews to cornbread. The pieces have that smooth, pre-seasoned feel that makes my stainless steel feel flimsy in comparison.
