The smooth cooking surface really does live up to the naturally non-stick promise—fried eggs slid right off this morning without any oil drama. Even the mini skillet feels substantial yet light enough to handle one-handed, which I didn't expect from cast iron.
The set covers every size I’d actually use, and even the big skillet is light enough to handle one-handed. Seasoning took a couple rounds, but now eggs slide right off without sticking.
The smooth cooking surface really does live up to the naturally non-stick claim—eggs slide right off with just a swipe of oil. I’ve been rotating through the sizes all week and each one is light enough to handle with one hand, even the big one. Feels like I won’t need another pan for years.
