The No.8 is the classic, perfectly sized for everyday meals and even cakes or pies. The No.12 gives you room to cook big, ideal for roasting vegetables or feeding a crowd. And the No.6 is the little pan you’ll use constantly for eggs, toasting nuts, or small desserts.
I’ve been using the No.12 for roasting chicken and veggies at the same time, and the extra space makes a huge difference. Cleanup is surprisingly easy too, no more scrubbing like with my old nonstick pans.
The No.12 fits a whole roasting chicken with room for veggies, making Sunday dinners a breeze. I can already tell the No.8 will get daily use for eggs and cornbread, perfectly seasoned out of the box.
The No.8 is just the right size for baking a small pie or making a simple frittata. I only wish the set included a lid for the larger pan.
