El Set Definitivo para Asar en Hierro Fundido

The long griddle gives me a solid 148 square inches of flat searing room, so I can smash four burgers at once without any crowding. I've used it three weekends in a row now, and the surface just keeps getting better with each cook.

The griddle sits perfectly flush on my grill grates, and the smooth surface gave me the best smash burger crust I've ever managed at home. Fajitas came out great too, though the thing is heavy enough that I use two hands when moving it around. Solid build that feels like it'll genuinely last decades

That flat griddle covers the grates perfectly and gave me the best smash burger crust I’ve gotten at home—no sticking at all. The whole thing feels like it’s built to outlast me, which is exactly what I wanted.
