Pitkän pannun aloituspaketti

I was skeptical about a griddle spanning two burners, but the 9 x 16 1/2-inch surface is a game changer for weekend pancakes—everything stays hot evenly. The cast iron heats up beautifully and holds the heat long after I turn off the stove.

The 9 x 16½-inch surface means I can actually cook a full breakfast without juggling pans, and the two-burner span heats evenly enough that nothing scorches. It's heavy, but that's exactly what I wanted for a solid sear.

Two burners finally get used together properly—the 9 by 16 1⁄2-inch surface holds six pancakes without overlap. Cleanup is just a quick wipe, and the weight feels reassuringly solid once it's preheated.
