The surface is incredibly smooth—almost no seasoning needed to get eggs sliding. Yet it's light enough that I can manage this huge pan with one hand on each handle. Perfect for searing a massive pork shoulder for a crowd.
Was a bit skeptical about the size, but it fit perfectly in my oven for roasting a whole chicken. The cooking surface is noticeably smoother than my old skillet, which made cleanup a breeze. Only wish the helper handle was a little longer for easier gripping with mitts.
The pan is big enough for a whole chicken, but the price felt steep for what you get. It’s lighter than my old skillet, though the surface still needs frequent seasoning to stay non-stick.
