This little skillet is the perfect size for my morning eggs for two—the polished surface is so smooth that nothing sticks, and it heats evenly every time. Already making me want to try that small batch cornbread.
I was a little skeptical about the hype, but this 8 ⅜ inch skillet made the perfect single grilled sandwich without any sticking. The pre-seasoned surface really does feel smoother than my old pan, and cleanup was a breeze.
The 8 3⁄8 inch size is just right for my morning eggs and a grilled cheese, though I wish the handle stayed a bit cooler during cooking. The pre-seasoned surface worked well right out of the box.
The polished cooking surface is noticeably smoother than my old skillet, and it's already pretty nonstick after a few uses. Only wish it came with a handle cover for easier gripping.
