The 7-quart capacity handled a double batch of sourdough with room to spare, and the pre-seasoning held up perfectly through the first bake. My loaves slid out clean with that deep, crackly crust I've been chasing for months.
I’ve been baking sourdough every weekend since this arrived, and the smooth machined interior means the loaf releases without a single stuck spot. The 7-quart size easily handles two big batons side by side, and the pre-seasoning has held up beautifully through multiple bakes.
The machined interior is so smooth that my dough slid right out of the pot without any sticking—no parchment needed. It’s heavy, for sure, but the even heat distribution gave me the crispiest crust I’ve managed yet.
