No.9 Round Cast Iron Griddle

I’ve been using this griddle almost daily since it arrived, and the pre-seasoned surface really does make eggs slide right off with just a little butter. It heats evenly on my gas stove and the 4-pound weight feels sturdy without being too heavy to handle.

I was a bit skeptical about the pre-seasoning, but eggs slide right off without any oil — and at just 4 pounds, it’s easy to handle even with my weak wrists. Perfect for everything from pancakes to seared veggies.

The 10½-inch size is perfect for two eggs and toast, and at only 4 pounds it's easy to handle. Only wish it came with a handle cover, but the pre-seasoning works as promised.

It’s decent for the price, but the 10 ½” size felt a bit small for cooking more than one pancake at a time. The pre-seasoning did make cleanup easy after frying eggs.
