Been cooking for a crowd all weekend and this thing just keeps up—the smooth surface is leagues easier to clean than my old rough cast iron, and the twin handles make it manageable even when it's packed full. At 16¾ inches it's basically a whole grill top, but it still fits in my oven without a prob

This thing handles like a dream despite the size—the smooth surface is a huge upgrade from my old rough cast iron. Cooked a whole chicken and sides for a family gathering on the grill, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.

Finally got the 16-inch beast for a big family cookout and it handled a dozen steaks over the grill without a wobble. The extra-wide cooking surface is a game changer, and despite the size, the smooth finish makes it easier to lift than my old cheap cast iron.
