The smooth surface seared a whole chicken beautifully, and cleanup was just a quick rinse and wipe. It's heavy but that's exactly what you want for even heat, and after a few meals it's already getting that slick nonstick feel.

The polished surface is so smooth right out of the box that my first fried egg slid around like it was on ice. I also love that it’s big enough to actually fit a whole chicken, which has become my Sunday go-to.
