Long Griddle Starter Set

I was surprised how evenly the heat spread across the entire 9x16.5-inch surface—great for making pancakes and bacon at the same time. The cast iron holds temperature perfectly.

Finally, a griddle that actually sits flat across both burners without wobbling. The 9 x 16 ½-inch surface gives me plenty of room for pancakes and eggs at the same time. Cleanup was way easier than I expected for cast iron.
