I’ve been using cast iron for years and this set finally convinced me to ditch my old rough-surface pan. The smooth cooking surface is a huge upgrade, and the way the heat distributes evenly makes searing feel effortless. Definitely worth it for anyone starting out or upgrading.
The preseasoned surface is genuinely non-stick right out of the box—my eggs slid around like they were on teflon. The set covers everything from a quick sear to a full Sunday roast, so I haven't touched my old pans since it arrived.
