La poêle, le couvercle et le bouton sont entièrement en fonte et fabriqués aux États-Unis. Notre couvercle au style vintage est doté de nervures d'autobastide, garantissant un braisage et une cuisson à la vapeur homogènes, aussi bien sur la cuisinière qu'au four.
The self-basting lid keeps the moisture cycling so well that my pot roast came out fork-tender without me having to peek once. The whole set being 100% cast iron, even the knob, means I can throw it straight from the stovetop into the oven without a second thought.
